Product Introduction:
Car Rubber Hose is designed for transport Alcohol, weak acid, hot water, steam, oxidant, refrigerant, detergent, animal and plant oil, compressed air and other related media, Rubber hose is widely used in automobile pipeline, construction machinery and other related industries.
The inner layer is synthetic rubber with good solvent and air tightness. The reinforcement layer is high strength fiber braid. The Outer is special rubber with excellent resistant aging, ozone and weather.

Features:
1) Aging resistant: Lower Radiator Hose made of EPDM can not crack at ozone concentration of 50~10% and stretch by 30% for more than 150H.
2) Due to the water Hose lack of polarity, low saturation, and therefore has a good resistance to a variety of polar chemicals, such as alkyd base, oxidant, refrigerant detergent, animal and plant oil ketone and fat have good resistance.

Car Water Hose is used for transporting water, air, antifreeze, steam, weak acid, alkali liquid and so on.
Products Details:
1) The out layer of Car Heater Hose surface is smooth with regular line. The thinner the wall is, the clearer the line is.
2) The out layer of Coolant Hose surface is smooth with regular line. The thinner the wall is, the clearer the line is.
3) The middle reinforcement layer is white or brown polyester fiber line, enhanced the pressure capacity, working pressure is 6kg/bar-10kg/bar(0.6MPa-1MPa), burst pressure is 12kg/bar(1.2MPa).
4) The inner layer is smooth, uniform and clean without cracks and uneven.

Test Equipment:
Lito owns many necessary test equipment for various Car Coolant Hose inspection in-house, such as Aging Resistance, Oil resistance, Hardness, Thickness, Blasting, Density, Tensile Strength, Ozone Resistance, Compression set and so on. Every working procedure will be checked strictly, from raw material to semi-products, finished products.
FAQ
1) Sample:
If have the parts in stock, we can arrange to post the sample in one week, but need the customer to pay the sample cost and freight, once the receive the order, the sample cost will be refunded to customer.
2) Package
Neutral packing, if request special design for box and carton with client’s logo design, it will need client to provide their own artworks then printed by us.
3) Payment
We will accept T/T,west union,paypal, L/C as client’s request.
4) Delivery time
It base on the quantity of order, usually 30 working days after receipt of deposit.
5) OEM
For OEM client, we quote as the drawing and arrange to sample, the sample and tool cost is paid by client before the order.
